
Payment, Deposits & Fee's
924 on Main requires a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit, which is due upon booking to hold the desired date for your event or wedding with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due ninety (90) days prior to weddings and thirty (30) days prior to events. 924 on Main accepts cash, checks (payable to 924 on Main, LLC) and all major credit cards.
Weddings, Weekday Weddings & Micro Weddings
Wedding Cleaning Fee - An additional two-hundred ($225) dollars and is applied for ALL weddings.
Wedding Damage Deposit - 924 on Main requires a five hundred dollar ($500) "refundable damage deposit". This payment must be made no later than 2 weeks before your wedding. This payment may be returned to the CLIENT(s), up to three (3) weeks after the event has been held once the property has been inspected for any potential damage or other potential charges from the event or wedding per 924 on Main's contract.
Events & Elopements
Event Cleaning Fee - An additional seventy-five dollar ($75) cleaning fee for all indoor or outdoor events and one hundred dollar ($125) for both indoor/outdoor events.
Event Damage Deposit - 924 on Main requires a one hundred and fifty dollar ($150) refundable damage deposit for both indoor or outdoor events and two hundred and twenty ($250) for both indoor & outdoor events. This payment must be paid no later than 2 weeks before your event. This payment may be returned to the CLIENT(s), up to three (3) weeks after the event has been held once the property has been inspected for any potential damage or other potential charges from the event or wedding per 924 on Main's contract.
Extra options: tables, chairs, heaters, outside a/c units, "Day-of" Coordinator and setup & teardown.
