Photographers are the only ones who can book sessions at 924 on Main Monday through Sunday, with the exception of when events or tours are scheduled.

We must have a signed contract on record for you to use our facility with a credit card left on file for billing purposes. The credit card can not be your clients. A service charge of 4% is applied to all credit card charges.​

If the property is left unclean, for example; floors, trash, windows or mirror smudges, you will be charged an additional $50 - $75 cleaning fee.

We have a non-refundable cancelation policy and a $30 rescheduling fee (if allowed)
