Outdoor Event Pricing 2024

Monday - Thursday

$400 for 4 hours

Friday - Sunday

$500 for 4 hours

Extra time available

$100 per hour

Included in rental:

  • 4hr. rental

  •  5 - picnic tables

  • Use of open air pavilion 

  • Indoor kitchen space only

  • Use of the large yard

  • 3 - outside multi-use restrooms 

Please note:

924 on Main is only booking events for the months of October and November 2025 only. Please contact us to schedule an appointment or availability.

All fees/rental time include the time for decorating and set up for the event. There is NO early decorating. Any early decorating counts towards your allotted hours.

Extras/Info OUTSIDE EVENTS ONLY RENTALS

  • 60” wood round tables – $8 (25 available)

  • 6 ft. plastic rectangular tables - $6 (6 available)

  • White resin folding chairs – $2 (250 available) 

  • 4 - Outdoor Heaters $50 each

  • 3 - Outside Portacool units $175 each OR 3 for $425

Cleaning

Outdoor Event & Kitchen - $125

Damage Deposit

* We require a credit card to be kept on file as a "Damage Deposit".
